I grew up working in the floral department of my local grocery store so I was exposed to the beauty and benefits of plants before it was trendy. These days you would be hard pressed to find a design magazine or a home design Pinterest post without luscious greenery in the background *cue* the fiddle leaf fig tree.

Plants actually have many proven benefits for you including heightened health and well-being, improved air quality, improved stress levels and better sleep, to name a few.
